In IT Application Management, you perform the central interface function for the operation and further development of bank-based Fraud Prevention systems and coordinate the cooperation between software manufacturers, IT providers and internal specialist, security and IT units. With your deep technical and analytical know-how, you can ensure the stable, performant and effective operation of the fraud prevention and monitoring systems in the context of the Avaloq core banking system and ensure their continuous optimization. You independently analyze system, transaction and log data, identify vulnerabilities and evaluate the effectiveness of existing prevention, detection and monitoring mechanisms. As a professional stimulus, you develop new solutions to improve the Fraud Prevention landscape and actively promote the further development of the system and security architecture. In particular, you shape the further development of Real-Time Fraud Prevention and Monitoring solutions and make a significant contribution to early detection and prevention of fraud.

You have a successfully completed study of (economic) informatics or a comparable technical course or have a comparable qualification with corresponding professional experience. You understand the technical and technical embedding of payment, maternity and security systems within a core banking and resystem landscape and ideally have knowledge of the Avaloq environment. You bring well-founded experience with anti-woman, payment and messaging systems as well as data analysis and monitoring tools like (PL-)SQL and the ELK Stack, and you can evaluate and interpret data in a targeted manner. You have comprehensive knowledge of modern security and authentication methods and understand the interaction between IAM, WAF, API Security and Monitoring solutions as part of a holistic Fraud Prevention strategy. A deep understanding of current fraud patterns as well as prevention, detection and scoring procedures is what distinguishes you. Ideally, you complement this knowledge by statistical and analytical methods to evaluate system behavior and continuously develop it.
