Your tasks

• Development of the ServiceNow HR solution (design, implementation and architecture)
• Customer advice regarding functional coverage, technical solutions, strategic roadmaps and possible expenses and benefits when using HRSD
• Developing concepts and solutions related to: Employee Experience, HR Digitalization, HR for Futrue
• You accompany our customers' HR department in the change on market trends and technological and digital solutions
• You coordinate and control the development of HR at solution level
• You are responsible for the holistic life cycle: from the introduction, the implementation of requirements and rollout to operation
• You take the strategic and operational advice of internal customers
• You like to pass on your experience to your colleagues and are the contact person for ServiceNow

Your profile

• Your well-founded IT know-how, which you have acquired, for example, by training or studying in the field of computer science or a comparable qualification, is supplemented by professional experience at technical and/or process level with ServiceNow
• Of advantage are knowledge of JavaScript, XML, HTML, CSS, Angular JS, REST / SOAP
• You have a strong team idea
• Comprehensive ServiceNow HRSD knowledge
• You have a solution and process-oriented way of thinking and have analytical and communicative strengths
• You ideally bring knowledge about HR digitization processes
• Your good knowledge of German and English in word and writing complete your profile
