The treatment of patients from accident surgery takes place at station 82. An appraisal communication and an empirical approach to each other and the patients are a prerequisite for a holistic and professional care. Our goal is to meet all patients and make the hospital stay as pleasant as possible.

General assistance in patient-related activities, e.g. inquiries and forwarding of the needs of patients, explaining the course of the station and passing on information material Supporting the care service in the patient's reception and dismissal process Implementation of nursing assistance activities according to the level of training, such as the raising of vital parameters and wound care, and support in the documentation of care Material ordering, taking over tasks in equipment preparation, telephone service support Ensuring order and cleanliness in the station and patient area

Completed training as a medical specialistr (MFA) or medical assistantin with further training in case management and in outpatient operations Safe handling of computer applications (Outlook, ORBIS, SAP, Word etc.) Good knowledge of English that contributes to the quality of our care and international cooperation Patient and service-oriented handling, friendly, safe occurrence, interdisciplinary team skills and communication strength Legally necessary evidence of immunization against measles
