From 01.07.2026 we are looking for an employee in full time (40 hours per week) for our technical facility management at the Gelsenkirchen site.

You plan and coordinate renovations as well as maintenance and maintenance measures for our building and safety technology. The control of our external service providers, including the collection and testing of offers, as well as the acceptance of the services carried out, is your responsibility. You ensure compliance with all legal requirements (work and safety regulations, environmental laws and energy saving regulations). In the case of conversions, you take the project response and are responsible, in particular, for cost and time planning. As part of the commercial management, you are responsible for budget planning and cost control.

You bring a completed professional training and the ability to take over commercial processes. A noticeable service and service orientation as well as a structured and independent way of working are of course for you. In the day business, you convince by your good expressiveness, your pronounced number confession and your advanced Excel skills. You will continue to develop interest and motivation and, in the future, take on progressive tasks with leadership. You have a passenger car license (min. class B).
