Implementation of goods entry controls and subsequent release of all raw materials and packaging materials Continuous control of the manufactured products and processes to comply with production requirements Monitoring compliance with hygiene standards and IFS requirements during operation Implementation of operations Implementation of the test and evaluation of the results Control and storage of production records Maintenance of quality-relevant documents and master data in SAP Support in carrying out analyses Application of external laboratory analyses Participation in certification and customer audits Support for measures to maintain and further develop our quality management system

Care and continuation of quality management documentation

Support in the planning, organisation and monitoring of all internal and external certifications (e.g. IFS)

Active involvement in the preparation, implementation and follow-up of audits (internal & external)

Integration into ensuring compliance with all QM-relevant standards, legal requirements and customer-specific requirements

Qualified training in the food industry, e.g. food technology or comparable professional experience in this field First professional experience in quality assurance Interest in quality management and ideally first practical contact points with QM processes, QM documentation and continuous improvement Basic knowledge of how to deal with standards and customer requirements as well as the pleasure of implementing requirements structured in processes and documents AI affinity: interest in AI-assisted tools (e.g. for documentation, evaluations, research or process support) and willingness to use them meaningfully and responsibly in everyday work Openness for digitalization and data-based work (e.g. evaluations, key figures, simple automations) high sense of responsibility, independent working, very good communication skills, reliability and team spirit high level of intercultural competence very good German knowledge in word and writing, further foreign language knowledge of advantage Experience in dealing with current MS Office tools, SAP knowledge of advantage
