Within the team, you will take care of our IT applications for electronic access control as well as for the space and workplace booking tool of our locations in Stuttgart. You are responsible for the branch office Stuttgart and manage and maintain the access management tool; e.g. create temporary and permanent access authorizations for the locations of TransnetBW (observing internal security requirements). Reliably monitor compliance with the security policy for the locations in Stuttgart. You carry out quality assurance measures at the security service provider used on behalf of TransnetBW and ensure a continuous improvement process. Last but not least, you support the optimization and further development of TransnetBW's operational object protection.

You have at least one completed training as a specialist for protection and security and have already gained experience in a KRITIS company. To do this, you have good insights into the quality assurance according to DIN 9001, are qualified as an internal auditor according to DIN 9001 or are ready to acquire the qualification on the job. You have already coordinated and monitored external service providers. You point with knowledge in project planning, building and maintaining access monitoring systems. You can safely handle the common office products, ideally bring know-how in the SAP module MM as well as skills in the operational design and use of IT applications. You bring travel readiness (1-2 days per week) and are owned by a class B driving permit.
