You have completed training as educators/healing nurses/social assistants or nurses (w/m/d); a completed study of social work, social education, psychology, medical education or comparable qualification You bring strength, team capacity and a high level of responsibility with You have joy in working with people and maintain a respectful approach You stand for empathy, paired with team skills and self-initiative You want to work not only in the team, but also independently You know the special needs of mentally burdened young people and can develop targeted interventions together with them. The membership of a Christian church, which belongs to the working group of Christian Churches (ACK) in Germany, is desirable.
