This is what awaits you You analyze the workplace license requirement and coordinate the procurement of suitable license types in close cooperation with Solution Owners and departments In addition, you will pause and develop the approved Workplace software catalog, optimize the license inventory and initiate corrective action in over/sublicensing In addition, you are responsible for the full lifecycle of workplace licenses, including the examination of EULAs and the coordination of complex contractual negotiations with Procurement You are also responsible for budget planning and control of the Workplace licenses, identify and implement cross-border savings potentials In addition, you continuously monitor the technical license compliance in the workplace environment, act as the main player for Vendor Audits and ensure audit reading You act as a technical contact for license issues in the workplace area, coordinates stakeholders and build trusting relationships

You have completed IT-related training or university studies in computer science or business informatics, with SAM/ITAM certifications of advantage In addition, you bring multi-year relevant professional experience in IT license management Your well-founded expertise in Microsoft 365 license models as well as in SAM tools such as Xensam and ServiceNow, complemented by ITIL and FinOps basic knowledge for cloud licenses In addition, you have high analytical and technical expertise, think IT systems and license processes holistic and go on to process optimisations Furthermore, you communicate technical facts in a comprehensible manner in German and English and convince by your safe occurrence in audit and negotiation situations
