Director International Product Stewardship & Certification - Medical / Life Sciences (m/f/d)

Responsibility for the operational introduction of the stewardship and certification programme into new markets, for this purpose fine adjustment or Adaptation of existing rules to local framework conditions

ensuring complete certification of all partners in the market, from the distributor to the end customer; Monitoring the certification status of all stakeholders

Control and monitoring the implementation of a training program in the sense of stewardship, ensuring that training content and implementations meet the global governance standards and are consistently applied

Central interface to training centers (anatomical institutes), distributors and end customers

Building a reference network (known training centres, lighthouse universities, etc.)

Definition of success criteria and definition of feedback processes for internal product development / R&D

Continuous evaluation and adaptation of the stewardship program for further international rollouts

Permanent monitoring of product safety in the market and compliance with ethical, environmental and occupational safety standards, building an adequate reporting system (audits, feedback, incident reporting)

Close cooperation with management and colleagues from all departments

Professional leadership of a specialist and reporting system

Successfully completed study of biology, biochemistry, medicine, pharmacy or medical technology, ideally with doctorate Multiannual international professional experience as manager stewardship, medical affairs or training at a pharmaceutical, biotech or medical technology company

Basic understanding of anatomy and medical training as well as laboratory and training environments, high learning readiness

Experienced in the international product launch of complex products in the medical environment and in the construction of pilot projects and reference sites

Situated in demanding cooperation with universities, clinics and research institutions, complex content can be communicated to doctors, lecturers and specialist staff and enjoys highest scientific acceptance

Experienced in building specific training programs and medical-scientific training concepts

Ideally familiar with the Asian market and Asian culture (or other emerging markets)

Can manage projects and teams structured across time zones and cultures, is open and joyful to travel (about 20%)

Features excellent English skills (in word and writing)

Is highly integrity and responsible, has a strong ethical awareness
