You assume the technical responsibility for debitor/creditor accounting The clarification and coordination of debitor/creditor accounts as well as the clarification of old items and of quantity/price differences fall within your area of responsibility You accept the confirmation and booking of supplier invoices as well as delimitation bookings Daily processing of bank bookings as well as preparation of the weekly payroll are your responsibility You take over the weekly dunning General booking and administrative tasks as well as the statistical reporting process You will take care of travel expenses and credit card bills They actively contribute to the creation of the monthly and annual accounts according to HGB and ensure a smooth process In future, you act as a key user for ERP – SAP S/4 HANA

Completed commercial training or comparable qualification Professional experience in accounting and accounting Secure handling of MS Office, especially Excel and ERP systems (SAGE or SAP) Predictive thinking and self-initiative Fun at work with numbers Teamability and high loadability even in demanding situations Self-employed and structured working conditions for changing requirements Very good German knowledge and good English skills
