Project Manager - Building Services Engineering / HVAC / Electrical (m/f/d)

Project management & management: organisational, technical, technical and economic execution of construction projects in the HLSK area from the clarification of the task to the handover to the builders. Team Leadership & Coordination: Leadership, motivation and coordination of the project team through the entire planning process and targeted resolution of conflicts. Customer & Interface Management: Competent consulting and support for clients and architects as well as close coordination with internal specialist departments (e.g. structural planning, project management). Project control & controlling: Continuous monitoring of dates, planning quality and costs as well as regular maintenance of project data in internal systems (UStrich). Subsequent & Risk Management: Examination of the Client's Amendment Requests, preparation of Subsequents in consultation with the Office Management and written request for technical risks. Integrated construction monitoring: integration and comprehensive instruction of object monitoring from the performance phase 5.

Qualification: State-certified technician (m/w/d) HLK, Dipl.-Ing. (FH) Versorgungstechnik, B.Eng. / M.Eng. Building technology or a comparable qualification. Language knowledge: German language skills and good English skills. Competences: experience in the organisational and professional handling of TGA projects as well as enforcement strength and negotiation skills. Operation: High sense of responsibility for technical and economic goals, communication strength in handling customers and project teams as well as national readiness to travel.
