The department Purchasing & Supply is centrally responsible for a purchase volume of approximately EUR 100 million for all hospital locations. Procurement of software, hardware and services Purchasing Controlling (budget controlling, expenditure controlling, management evaluations) Auditing and processing of accounts Contract Management: Capturing the Contract and Licence Stock with relevant IT tools as well as cooperation in the Representation for Extensions / Cancellations Negotiations of contracts and participation in contracts (in particular based on EVB-IT templates) Completion of contract processing contracts (AVV) Participation in license management and licensing optimization Internal and external accounting of IT services Close cooperation with the areas of data protection and IT

You have a completed commercial or IT technical training (e.g. Kaufmann für IT-Systemmanagement, Fachinformatiker) Professional experience as a buyer, ideally in the IT field, as well as experience in contract and license management Procurement rights You have a strong commercial understanding and IT affinity Safe handling of MS Office programs, orbis knowledge of advantage Basic IT Hardware and Software Knowledge Controlling Basic knowledge
