Own-responsibility of carrying out masonry, drywall and tile work in the framework of maintenance and modernisation measures execution of small repairs and support in repair work on buildings and technical facilities Implementation of small reconstruction, expansion and rehabilitation measures in existing buildings and infrastructure areas Ensuring professional and high-quality execution of all works Documentation of the activities carried out and coordination with the relevant local contact persons

Complete training as masons, dry farmers, tiles or a comparable craft qualification Ideally multi-year professional experience in building maintenance, interior design, building maintenance or building service Handicraft skills and an independent and responsible way of working Service-oriented appearance and joy in team collaboration German knowledge at least on level B2, driving licence class B and ideally high-quality
