To strengthen our team in the Landkreis Cuxhaven, we are looking for dedicated Social pedagogue (w/m/d), educator (w/m/d), curative teacher (w/m/d), health and nursing (w/m/d) in part or full time. They accompany people with mental illnesses or addiction problems sensitively in their own living space and promote their social participation and self-employment in everyday life.

• Sensitive psychosocial care in our client's own living room
• Help with day structuring and accompaniment to appointments
• Active promotion of social participation and cooperation with doctors
• Careful documentation

We wish:

• Completed training as a social pedagogue (w/m/d), educator (w/m/d), nurse (w/m/d), health and nursing (w/m/d)
• Empathy, reliability and resource- and need-oriented working
• Experience in working with people with mental illnesses and/or addiction problems
• willingness to work in various programmes such as ICF, BENi, BHP, Vivendi NG
