Your tasks:

• carry out all repair and installation work on irrigation, drainage and heating installations in apartments, commercial premises and other premises, including all pre- and post-processing works
• Implementation of pipe cleaning and constipation dismantling in housing and commercial areas
• professional installation and maintenance and testing of domestic systems in the areas of drinking water installation, wastewater plants and heat distribution plants
• careful processing of transferred customer orders in the area of sanitary and heating systems
• Repair work of a smaller type in other plants related to installation work
• independent planning, implementation and evaluation of necessary workflows
• Care and control of the tools and the service vehicle to traffic safety and, where appropriate, Initiation of maintenance
• Special tasks by appointment

Occupational conditions:

• Completed vocational training as a sanitary installer (m/w/i), heating builder (m/w/i) or plant mechanic (m/w/i) sanitary, heating and air conditioning (SHK)
• possession of a licence of classes B, BE
• good digital skills
• strong service readiness
• willingness to take over emergency services
• readiness for regular training
