Our ''Marketing and Communication'' department is the interface between product, factory and market. We make complex building material solutions understandable, usable and relevant to our customers – architects, building materials trade, crafts and private builders. In our company headquarters in Zetel we are looking for a new Marketing and Business Communication (m/w/d) After many successful years in the company, our Head of Marketing and Corporate Communication is giving responsibility to new hands and retiring. His successor or successor takes over an excellently established, modern brand with strong foundation. We are therefore looking for a personality that leads our small, well-established team, develops proven and accompanies our brand with new impulses into the future. A good start is ensured – your predecessor accompanies your incorporation and ensures a structured transition into topics, processes and networks.

With your experience, you develop our brand concept and manage the entire marketing mix for the German market – from print, PR and trade fairs to social media and web content. You effectively stage our products and construction projects with photo and video productions and develop relevant content. In addition, you optimize our website and the performance of our online channels. In short, You think creatively and act strategically – and bring our products where You are seen. You work closely with a proven network of marketing and creative agencies.
