The City of Fürth is looking for specialists in the field of education and training (w/m/d) for the completion of the full-time support, EGr 9a TVöD, for the office of children, young people and families at the earliest possible time. The area of responsibility shall include in particular: • Consultation of applicants • Processing of requests for support until approval or rejection • Current review of applicants • Review of the economic circumstances of the payers • recovery of claims • Processing of contradictions and correspondence with lawyers and courts

We expect: • the degree as an administrative specialist in municipal administration or successful participation in the course of employment I; or • for officials the successful completion of the qualification examination for the second level of qualifications of the management and finance department • good knowledge of administrative law and legal application as well as basic knowledge of family law or - in so far as these are not available, the willingness to work quickly • Interest in dealing with complex, legal issues • Safety in oral and written terms • a high degree of self-initiative, decision-making and enforcement • Negotiating skills and joy in dealing with citizens in the sense of a comprehensive customer orientation • Ability to constructive cooperation in the specialist team • Safe handling of standard EDP applications or readiness to work in
