Responsible building management of demanding turnkey construction projects in housing, commercial and logistics halls Control and coordination of all construction processes from work preparation to turnkey transfer Responsibility for compliance with appointments, costs, qualities and safety regulations Coordination and management of entrepreneurs, suppliers and external specialist planners Close cooperation with project management, costing, purchasing and work preparation Implementation and management of construction meetings with contractors, authorities, planners and subcontractors Monitoring the quality of execution and ensuring the contractual implementation of all works Creation, control and updating of schedules and schedules Participation in tenders, awards and follow-up management Current cost control and economic management of the construction projects Implementation of acceptances and transfers to our clients Documentation of the progress of construction and the creation of reports and performance levels Active participation in the optimization of construction processes and project processes
