We are looking for a:n Social pedagogue:in, Social worker:in, or Psychologist:in as a pedagogical specialist for qualified assistance to social participation (m/w/d) at the next possible time (full-time/part-time; at least 20h/week) to support our team in Frankfurt am Main. We are an interdisciplinary team of more than 60 academic professionals from the fields of social work, social education, education, nursing and psychology. Our employer is an innovative supporter for people with disabilities in Frankfurt am Main and Offenbach and the largest provider of qualified assistance services in their own haemorrhage (formerly outpatiently assisted housing) in the Rhine-Main area. We assist people with disabilities to live a self-determined life in their own homes and to experience social participation. Our work is varied, oriented towards the client's resources and needs. Most people we support are affected by mental disability.

In addition to the guidance of our clients, we take care of the help planning and coordination of further support services (case management). We advise, among others, on mental illness and recovery, support everyday management, dealing with authorities and offer a wide range of opportunities for participation. One of our priorities is animal-based work. We offer health education riding on our Lindenhof and individual dates with dog. Our group offers cover the fields of nutrition, game, nature and art.
