Own-responsible takeover of master and care tasks in modern office and administration buildings First contact for the customer for technical faults and questions about the object Regular control of the buildings and of the technical facilities and ensuring a proper and secure condition of the supervised properties Early identification of needs and introduction of necessary measures Information transfer to the object management via the state of the buildings and technical facilities

Completed technical training, e.g. as a plant mechanic / electrician / electrical installer or a comparable qualification First professional experience in the technical building management, as a master or in the field of building technology is of advantage – dedicated professional beginners are also welcome Good technical understanding and craftsmanship Self-employed, reliable and service-oriented operation Joy in working in the team and in direct customer contact German knowledge of at least C1 level Class B driving licence is desirable
