Processing of general administrative tasks

Commercial support of the shipping department

Help with the creation of shipping and customs documents

Support for the collection and evaluation of freight offers

Coordination of appointments with internal and external partners, such as customers and forwardings

Communication with transport companies

Examination of freight invoices and related documents

Creation of initial invoices, credits and similar documents

Completed commercial training

Professional experience in the field of shipping, customs or export is advantageous, but no requirement

Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) as well as SAP skills are of advantage

Friendly and professional appearance as well as good telephone communication skills

Flexibility, organizational design, accuracy and reliability

Very good knowledge of German in word and writing as well as knowledge of English

Self-working, high readiness for use and strong communication skills
