Site Manager - Plant Construction / Conflict Management / Stakeholder Management (m/w/d)

You are the extended arm of the project management at the construction site You know the main content of the project contracts, the project schedule and the scope of delivery and performance You carry out professionally the suppliers and contractors on the construction site and have the right to host You are constantly struggling with co-calculation and participating in construction consulting You recognize project opportunities and risks at an early stage and report them to project management as a basis for follow-up management You coordinate all the works on the construction site and bring a hands-on mentality with You are the interface to the customer, to authorities, suppliers and subcontractors at the construction site You are responsible for HSEQ topics at the construction site You ensure the technical and temporal implementation of the contractually owed services (quality and levels) You create the construction site documentation for project management

You have at least 5 years of professional experience as Site Manager (m/w/d) in plant engineering for projects over 100 million euros You have a technical training or a technically completed study You have the ability to analyze requirements and plan accordingly You own enforcement and skill in communication with all stakeholders You have very good organizational skills You have leadership skills in the team You bring competencies in conflict management
