Project Office Manager (m/f/d)

You take over the technical management of the Project Office staff. You are responsible for ensuring compliance and compliance with project standards in conjunction with business policies. You make the PM methods safe and coordinate the use of PM IT tools taking into account the existing rules. The implementation of the project governance model as well as the creation and maintenance of the result, project and decision documentation are your tasks. You coordinate the timely delivery of critical project supplies and the implementation of work packages. You have a degree in economics or engineering. You have already gained several years of professional experience in managing complex projects and working in project matrix organisations. You are versed in handling project management methods and tools and has an IPMA Level C certification or comparable. You convince with entrepreneurial and professional leadership skills and a high sense of responsibility. A safe, professional and cooperative appearance as well as a high resilience and emotional competence characterize you. A very high design, solution orientation and a pronounced communication capability complete your profile.
