You serve the properties under commercial aspects from the owner's point of view You work constructively with tenants, customers and internal departments in all relevant and contractual questions. You are responsible for the rental & contract management You ensure the perception of ownership obligations and operator responsibility You cooperate in operational planning and are responsible for the economic result of the assigned properties You operate continuous area and inventory management, evaluate the state of buildings, initiate and accompany maintenance projects You prepare analyses and reports as a control instrument and present the results before decision-making bodies You agree within your team and across the range to find solutions and work with the optimization of structures

You have a successfully completed degree (Bachelor/ Diplom/Master) preferably in the field of architecture, industrial engineering, real estate management, facility management or in a comparable field of expertise. Further requirements: Ideally, you have a multi-year professional experience in the real estate industry Your enthusiasm is up! You understand selling your ideas and goals and have a systematic, solution-oriented and pragmatic approach Cross-departmental and consistent action is of course for you. You are happy to communicate with internal and external contacts in a targeted manner and are a strong negotiation person In addition to your strong management skills, your strong customer orientation and your commercial thinking rounds off your profile Good knowledge and experience in the application of Microsoft Office and SAP skills are desirable You bring safe German knowledge, which corresponds at least to the language level C1 (flowing in word and writing) You have the willingness and ability to guide a Service-Kfz

Depending on the personal and operational requirements, a fee for employees is from the E10 Group to the E12 TV‐L (approximately 51.460,00 € – approx. € 82.590,00 per year) with all agreed social benefits (e.g. occupational pensions).
