Implementation of maintenance, inspection and repair work on building technology Maintenance, monitoring and regular functional testing of the building and fire protection facilities (e.g. BMA, RWA, Sprinkler, parking facilities, smoke and fire protection doors) Coordination and instruction of external crafts and maintenance companies as well as monitoring, control and acceptance of the required maintenance work and services Implementation of caretaker activities Contact for technical topics around our buildings

successfully completed technical or craft training or comparable relevant professional experience in building technology; a further education to the state-tested technician or master is a plus first experience in building technology desirable first knowledge in fire protection technology as well as in the handling of building control technology independent, accurate and reliable operation with a high level of team capability pronounced organisational and time management skills Hands-on mentality with a pronounced solution orientation for efficient work results technical understanding and craftsmanship very good German knowledge (C1 level) in word and writing
