As a project manager (m/w/d) TGA, together with the project manager Hochbau (m/w/d), you take over the key role – and shape challenging building projects from scratch. Your choices count, your will to design is in demand, your team follows your vision.

Your mission:

Team leadership with responsibility: You conduct building technical projects in turnkey construction and control your team with technical expertise and clear focus. Special hub: You are the first contact person:in the project for all TGA questions – and always keep in mind time, quality and budget. Communication at eye level: You serve builders, authorities and partners: both with competence and feeling of finger. Networked thinking, acting in a coordinated manner: You ensure a smooth cooperation of all building-technical structures and bring together different disciplines. Create planning security: Response the tender and award of TGA services – precise, timely and cost-conscious. Promote sustainability: help integrate energy-efficient and sustainable solutions and smart building technologies into each project.

Successfully completed studies in engineering, electrical engineering, supply technology or comparable qualification (e.g. technician:in or master:in) Professional experience in the handling of building projects Knowledge of electrical and/or supply technology Communication strength: You inspire with openness, target orientation and enforcement Organizational talent: You work structured, independent and keep track of complex projects Teamplayer (m/w/d) mit Vision: You think entrepreneurial, act solution-oriented and like to work in the team

The location can be flexibly exercised at one of our two office locations in Hamburg. Our offices are located in Barmbek, Fuhlsbüttler Straße and in Harburg Süderelbe, Am Veritaskai.
