Lead Engineer Electrical Engineering in Plant Engineering (m/f/d)

You are responsible for electrical engineering and support in instrumentation and Control Systems (PLC) as part of our engineering team in implementing exciting projects You take the basic and detailed engineering for electrotechnical components of process engineering plants (e.g. power plants or data center) and start all engineering documents as well as requirements and tender documents in the project planning phase You clarify technical interfaces with other structures and ensure smooth technical implementation of your responsibility You first select schematics, SLD (Single Line Diagram) and P&ID (Piping & Instrumentation Diagram), coordinate subcontractors and ensure compliance with quality and time targets You evaluate projects with regard to technical feasibility, check planning and contractual content and accompany the timely implementation You are comparing technical offers, conducting contract negotiations, preparing proposals for awards and actively participate in award decisions with You ensure the specification and customer compliance of devices and materials and work closely with project management and stakeholders to successfully implement technical strategies

Complete technical studies of electrical engineering, electrical energy technology or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in the planning and processing of electrotechnical plants in plant engineering or in comparable project-oriented environments Structured and independent working in engineering projects including technical coordination of customers and suppliers Safe understanding of time, cost and quality aspects as well as the ability to identify technical risks at an early stage and to derive appropriate measures Good user knowledge in MS Office and MS Visio as well as confidentiality with relevant standards and standards (e.g. DIN, ISO, EN, VDE) Extensive analytical competence for the coordinated coordination of complex technical projects, high quality and responsibility awareness, solution-oriented working style, strong team skills and professional enforcement German language skills (at least C1), very good English as well as readiness to travel on a project basis (e.g. for construction sites, suppliers and acceptances)
