For three years, you're going through all educational areas at Witten and Witten. With us, you benefit from practical know-how that forms a valuable basis for your career.

You are going through various departments to acquire and learn well-founded knowledge in materials, production, sales and personnel management, as well as financial and accounting. In the various departments you actively work in the daily business and gain valuable practical experience. You will complete the theoretical part of your training in block lessons at the Berufskolleg in Witten. You will participate in additional lessons in business processes, control and control as well as economic and social processes to be optimally prepared for your final exam. You work successfully on exciting projects and take on smaller projects independently.

You have at least one completed upper secondary school with good grades in German, English and mathematics. You have a great interest in basic commercial relationships.
