Designing HR processes: You bring your know-how into modern human resources management and digital tools and help companies align their HR structures with the future. Flexible on the move: You work independently, independently of the location and in diverse projects nationwide – networked in an interdisciplinary team.

Experience in general personnel administration and in the optimization of personal processes, ideally in the social and health industries High affinity for digital tools/digital transformation as well as experience in the introduction of new processes - and AI is not a foreign word for you.
