What we plan together: As a working student:in the CTOD Team (Change, Transformation & Organizational Development) in the HR department for REWE Digital GmbH at the Cologne site, you have the extraordinary opportunity to supplement your theoretical knowledge in change management with valuable practical knowledge of the everyday working environment in change and transformation processes. You get increasingly self-responsive activities. We consider working students as a very valued enrichment of the team and recognize the ideas and the use highly. The work student activity covers up to 20 hours a week during the semester and in the lecture-free period up to 38.5 hours a week. In addition to studying, you have the opportunity to experience exciting insights into the practice of a trade IT in all their facets. What you do with us: You take responsibility: You work on the development of change and communication concepts. You create: You prepare presentations, reports and analyses on change-relevant topics in a targeted manner. You can demonstrate commitment: you support the design, preparation, implementation and documentation of workshops, meetings and stakeholders. You keep your colleague free: you carry out administrative tasks in project management (e.g. tracking, protocols, organization, Kanban, intranet care). You are constantly learning: you are researching current trends, methods and best practices in change management and organisational and cultural development (e.g. Gartner, Online Research). Your expertise is available: You bring your professional interest in the form of new impulses and ideas, your own perspective, creativity and quality.
