Your tasks

• You are a responsible specialist (m/w/d) for developing our unified smart building strategy for all asset classes in our building portfolio
• You are responsible project manager (m/w/d) for the introduction and further development of our central software platforms for operational building operations (Internet-of-thing IOT, building automation GA, building control technology GLT)
• You are a contact person (m/w/d) for the project managers in the new construction projects of the companies of the Schwarz Group for the concerns about smart building, building control technology and automation
• You are responsible for maintaining operational standards in your area of responsibility
• You support operational building management in all aspects of building automation
• You support the Energy Management team in technical issues and interfaces to energy management systems

Your profile

• You have successfully completed your technical studies or have a technical training with further training as a technician (m/w/d)
• You have already gained several years of professional experience in Facility Management
• You work independently, independently and structured
• You go flexible, reliable and careful in the task processing before
