In our 24-month Human Resources Trainee Program, you will gain in-depth knowledge about the entire employee lifecycle: from recruiting to employee support to exit. With us you can learn how exciting staff and cultural topics can be:

Talent Acquisition Management: We will show you all the secrets of success of the full-cycle recovery. You will learn how to generate qualified applications through attractive job advertisements and the use of suitable job platforms, design the exchange with the specialist areas as an estimated Sparring partner and prepare our applicants an excellent Candidate experience. Executive Search & Employer Branding: We will show you how to find and thrill top A talents for our key positions in professional networks such as LinkedIn. But this is not all: With your creative ideas, you help to further expand our employer brand – whether at job fairs and recruiting events, in social media or on professional career platforms. HR Operations: A colorful bouquet of personal topics awaits you in our “machine room”! Here you will get to know the diverse tasks of operational personnel work: contract design, onboarding, employee support, preparatory wage and salary accounting, labour law, exits and employee benefits. HR Key-Stone Project: Here you can realize yourself! You take your own, HR-crossing project and show us what's in you. You leave your personal footprint at FUTRUE. Promise!

You have a degree in BWL, psychology, social sciences or a comparable degree. You're burning for HR topics and can you inspire a dynamic environment? Ideally, you could already gain first HR experience through internships or as a working student. You have fun taking responsibility quickly and putting 100% on our experienced team at any time. You are known to be a reliable contact person and real team player. You can rely on yourself: you work structured, independent, hands-on and always find a way to get to your destination. You have an eye for detail and are safe in handling MS Office. FUTRUE goes international: You bring knowledge of German (min. C1 level) and good knowledge of English (min. B2-level).
