We are looking for a branch line with a perspective on the regional management pipeline construction. In this position you will develop in the course of our follow-up planning into the role of the pipeline construction division for the Östliches Württemberg region with our locations Fellbach and Stimpfach. First, take over the management of our Stimpfach branch. You report directly to the regional management The business area includes the underground pipeline construction in gas, water and district heating You shape the economic success of our branch as well as the technical, strategic and cultural orientation together with the regional management board You ensure compliance with technical standards and safety management according to Omexon Group specifications You monitor the achievement of the branch in terms of costs, dates, quality and investment The professional leadership and the continuous further development of employees are your tasks as well as the qualitative and quantitative personnel planning You are responsible for attracting new customers and projects and for building sustainable customer management

You have completed their studies in the field of civil engineering or utility technology or a comparable degree (e.g. Master:in, Technicians:in) You have several years of professional experience in the near-construction project business, as well as knowledge and experience in the advanced pipeline construction In addition, you have already gained first experience in the management and development of employees In addition to your communication strength and hands-on mentality, you are characterized by strategic and budget-oriented thinking and action Dealing with relevant standards, laws and standards such as DVGW or AGFW or VOB is familiar to you You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing; English knowledge is advantageous Funded IT skills, explicit with regard to MS Office applications and costing programs, complete your profile Class B driving licence is required
