Domain Expert PLM (m/f/d)

You take responsibility for the PLM domain, develop these strategically and ensure coordination with the corporate and IT strategy Analysis and optimization of PLM processes within SAP PLM Recording and evaluating existing product development and management processes Identification of Improvement Potentials and Implementation of Optimization Measures Advice and support in the PLM strategy Development and further development of the PLM strategy in the company Advising the specialist departments with regard to PLM standards and best practices Requirements management and specification Collection and documentation of requirements from the fields Creation of specifications and specifications for PLM systems and their interfaces System selection and introduction Support in selecting suitable PLM software solutions Support for implementation and integration in existing IT landscapes Interface management Coordination between different departments (e.g. development, production, IT) Ensuring data consistency and integration between PLM and other systems (ERP, CAD, etc.) Quality assurance and compliance Monitoring compliance with standards, standards and legal requirements in the PLM environment Conducting audits and reviews Support and Troubleshooting Support for technical and technical problems in the PLM system Working with IT and software providers to troubleshoot

You have a degree in business informatics or a comparable qualification Long-standing professional experience in the PLM environment as well as in the engineering business processes and the associated IT applications (knowledge in SAP PLM desirable) Experience in IT-Requirements Engineering and Business Analysis is one of your areas of expertise – ideally complemented by project experience in the PLM environment Excellent problem solving skills and analytical thinking skills Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills Strong communication and presentation skills to understand technical concepts and solutions and to make decisions Teamability and cooperation with various internal and external stakeholders Cloud & Tech: Experiences with Cloud Solutions and Modern Technological Approaches Very good knowledge of German and English
