For over 100 years, we have been engaged in social life in Mannheim and have 15 stationary facilities and more than 30 outpatient services, consulting and accompanying services. For our facility Victor-Lenel stationary & ambulant, Department of Mental Health & addiction assistance, we are looking for employees: in parttime (12 hours to 19 hours) Victor-Lenel is a social-therapeutic facility for people with mental illness and addiction. In a special form of residence, in the case of assistance in our own living room as well as in the social room, and an offer of the daily structure, our clients receive: in person-centred and accurately fit the support for the search-medium-free management of their everyday life. Improving the quality of life of the client: in addition to assisting in participating in society is our intention and determines our work. We understand our task in bringing our clients closer to their own responsibility for their lives and actions. This is why we do not confront finished treatment concepts, but we develop ways of achieving the goals. Working hours and weekends for mentally ill/independent adults in the special housing assistance of the client:in the case of everyday life contact person for clients:in the case of need routine work according to an activity catalog Organisational tasks Exchange and cooperation within the institution EDV-assisted documentation Interest in work with mentally ill persons
