The University Women's Hospital OWL (Director Univ.-Prof. Dr. Ataseven) of the Klinikum Lippe (Location Detmold) is looking for a section line (m/w/d) for childbirth aid at the next possible time. The range of childcare services includes comprehensive care of pregnant women, nurses and newborns, including risk pregnancies and emergencies. These include, among other things, decommissioning planning, prenatal diagnostics, care of multi-lings pregnancy and close cooperation with neonatology. The Kreißsaal is located “wall on wall” with the children’s clinic and enables a quick care of the child after birth. The birth aid has 34 beds, 4 cold rooms, a Sectio-OP in the Kreißsaal and modern facilities. In 2025, 1.652 births were supervised. The Klinikum Lippe GmbH is part of the University Hospital Ostwestfalen-Lippe of Bielefeld University. Three locations, around 30 clinics and competence centres, almost every medical field. Technical and organisational management of childbirth aid in close cooperation with the clinic director Ensuring high-quality medical care for pregnant women, nurses and newborns, including risk pregnancy and emergencies Implementation and supervision of birth procedures and prenatal diagnosis and birth control interventions Further development of the childcare area within the University Hospital Participation in student teaching and university hospital care Strengthening the positioning of birth aid in regional competition through patient-oriented care concepts Building an intersectoral network and cooperation with established gynecologists Creation of a curriculum and further training i.R. of specialist/special medical focus training Expansion of the Prenatal Talk Time (incl DEGUM-Stage II) and implementation of special telephone hours within the university ambulance

Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Special birth aid and perinatal medicine DEGUM level II, as well as experience in ultrasound diagnostics Multiannual experience and well-founded knowledge in emergency care, risk pregnancy and perinatal medicine Leadership and team skills
