You will: define, develop and answer the global product group strategy for plastic injection moulding parts and raw plastics materials within the Endress+Hauser Group design the strategic orientation of the product group within the entire Endress+Hauser Group control the performance of our group suppliers and answer the purchasing volume of the product group Actively take into account and drive sustainability, savings and risk management in the strategy be the central coordinating body for all strategic topics of the product group - internally and externally identify global trends and risks at an early stage and derive effective measures operate an active, global supplier and stakeholder management Ensuring security of supply while optimizing costs and stocks manage complex relocation and negotiation projects as well as cost optimization workshops initiate and implement make-or-buy decisions Conduct contract and price negotiations and develop contracts contribute to purchasing-digitalization projects Ensure sustainability requirements (e.g. CSDDD) in your product group

You: have completed studies in the field of economic engineering, technical BWL or comparable bring at least 6 years of professional experience in the strategic purchasing of a manufacturing company with have profound experience in defining and implementing complex product group strategies bring proven expertise in the plastics injection moulding product group have several years of experience in project management and stakeholder management with legal basis of contract in the supplier environment possess good SAP knowledge with focus on MM speak German and English work independently, targeted and responsible convince by negotiation skills, communication strength and enforcement ability have a good technical understanding and international readiness
