As a full-fledged team member, you support us along the entire event organization – from the first idea to the planning and implementation to the refurbishment of internal and external event formats. In addition, you actively contribute to internal projects, for example in the field of reporting, or in the further development of processes. You will gradually take over your own tasks, such as in the participant management or in the coordination of individual event components. In your role, you work closely with colleagues and internal and external stakeholders in an international environment. In addition, you conduct independent research to suitable service providers in the event area. In addition, you will accompany local events and support in organizational, coordination and administrative matters.

You are a student:in the field of event management, marketing or in a comparable degree program. Ideally, you could already gain first practical experience in the event environment and want to further expand it. The safe handling of MS Office is part of everyday work for you. A structured and reliable way of working as well as organizational strength are featured. You bring joy in team collaboration and communicate safely with different interfaces. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing complete your profile.
