Technicians*in preparation Location: Porz farmyard

Plan & coordinate: You plan and coordinate workflows as well as procurement processes for the timely completion of work orders. Take into account needs from the workshop, delivery times and stocks and ensure optimal coordination of all stakeholders. Get & prepare: You are responsible for the creation of materials and start work plans and jobs. You assign the appropriate jobs and coordinate the individual steps efficiently. Monitor & Ensure: You carry out quality control of the work processes and ensure compliance with the specified standards. You monitor delivery dates and goods receipts and keep in mind the economic performance of the workshop activities. Documenting & evaluating: You take over the complete documentation of all the work carried out and provide master and movement data as well as purchasing and material data in the systems used. Organizing & communicating: As a central contact person, you communicate transparently with customers and employees to orders, process sequences and material procurements. For a structured and secure workplace organization, you can ensure the availability of all the tools and materials you need.

Qualification: You have a completed training for the technician or masterin, in a field of expertise (e.g. Kfz-Technikermeisterin or Kfz-Techniker*in). Expertise & know-how: You have well-founded knowledge in automotive technology, electronics and electrical engineering and understand the processes of repair and maintenance processes in detail. IT knowledge: You are safe in handling asset management systems and use them efficiently and precisely. Alternatively or in addition, you have experience with ERP systems or other operating software solutions. Personality & working methods: You are characterized by an independent, reliable and resilient way of working and your communicative skills as well as your team skills. In addition, you're ready to continue training.
