Sub-project management for large-scale e-mobility projects

You are a specialist representative for architects and post-contractors in the High and Civil Engineering Plant at the construction site during the planning phase. Ensuring safety at work at the construction site in coordination with the project management and the SiGeKo is one of your tasks as well as the technical evaluation of supplements, extensions and construction delay displays. You accept the inclusion of deficiencies as well as the creation of deficiencies and project reports in the Gewerk Bau. The invoice and audit, the monitoring of the acceptances and the factual examination of billing and final invoices in coordination with the project management also falls within your task. You are also responsible for ensuring the timely implementation of the construction sections and compliance with quality and safety standards. Your regular to-dos include budget control and cost management of the sub-project area as well as regular creation of status reports and reporting to the project management. A special focus is the management of subprojects within larger construction projects. In addition, you are responsible for controlling and monitoring the construction processes.

You have a successfully completed degree from the field of civil engineering or a polishing master training and at least 5 years of professional experience. You also have knowledge and experience in building projects. You convince by enforcing and consulting skills, sense of responsibility and safe occurrence. You are communicative, engaged and ideally owns a class B licence.
