Organisation and support of all site-related administrative and organisational tasks Reception and support of visitors, customers, service providers and craftsmen as well as responsibility for visitor management Organisation and preparation of meetings, customer events and service travel including travel cost accounting Processing of correspondence in German and English as well as managing contracts, orders, invoices and project documents Acceptance and dispatch of goods, administration of office and consumable materials and mobile phone management Creation and formatting of documents, maintenance of intranet pages (confluence) and support in the optimization of site-internal processes and processes

Completed commercial training or comparable qualification Self-employed, structured and careful working with high self-responsibility Embossed organisational skills and communication and service orientation discretion, reliability and professional appearance Safe handling of Microsoft Office, ideally experience with confluence and web conference tools Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing
