Content Creation Development of creative content for social media and the digital channels of our customers Conception, implementation and continuous development of content strategies as well as creative campaigns and brand messages Production of Reels, Storys, Videos and Image Material for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn & Co. Planning and implementation of photo and video productions Ensuring a consistent and high-quality brand presence Close cooperation with customers, internal teams and external partners Social Media Management Strategic development and operational control of our social media channels Editorial planning and publication of content Active community management with focus on dialogue, interaction and brand binding Conception and implementation of campaigns to increase range, commitment and brand awareness Analysis of relevant KPIs and derivation of specific optimization measures Control and cooperation with creators, influencers and cooperation partners

Multiannual, well-founded professional experience in content creation and social media management Feeling for trends, aesthetics and target group-relevant content Safe handling of photo and vidography as well as popular editing tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut or Canva) Experience in creating reels, stories and video formats Creativity combined with a structured and independent way of working Communication strength, team spirit and hands-on mentality Enthusiasm for brands and digital trends Experiences with performance analyses and social media key figures Very good German knowledge of word and writing as well as good English knowledge Training or studying in the field of marketing, communication, media or comparable qualifications complete your profile
