You will work in particular with the implementation of technical services for partners, distributors and meteocontrol branches, such as the installation of energy generation plants in our VCOM portal or the configuration of our parking controllers for direct marketing. You communicate in writing and by telephone with international customers and service partners for the planning and execution of service services. You advise interested parties and support sales in technical questions for the creation of a quote. You support the fulfillment or To achieve the general and specified objectives in the field of technical services and are in regular consultation with the supervisor.
