Technical assistance – You are the first contact person for our tenants and for our colleagues on all questions concerning the technical management of our buildings. Repairs and maintenance – You receive damage reports, commission craftsmen and service providers and accompany the necessary work. House removals and transfers – you ensure that apartments are well prepared for the next rental and carry out acceptances and transfers independently. Coordination – You agree with your colleagues and external craftsmen and service providers and ensure smooth cooperation. Checking and taxing – you check performances and invoices and keep in mind quality and costs. Calls for tenders – For larger maintenance measures and recurring works, support or create alerts. Insurance damage – Together with our insurer, you process damage caused, for example, by tenants or service providers.

Training – You have completed vocational training in a technical or craft occupation or in the real estate sector. Experience in the housing industry is advantageous, but no compelling prerequisite. EDV-Affinity – You work safely with the MS Office applications and are open to digital work processes, because our working day is largely digitized. Communication – You communicate friendly, patient and binding – with tenants as well as with colleagues, craftsmen and service providers. Working style – you work in a service-oriented, carefully and targeted manner; even in demanding situations, you keep the overview and a “cool” head. Driving licence class B – flexibility and mobility on two and four wheels are part of our daily work.
