Your tasks

• Work e.g. in kindergarten, hort, youth centres or in facilities for people with disabilities
• You are contact for colleagues and parents
• Plan and organize different activities, such as the leisure programme and childcare
• Design and participation of weekly planning
• Promoting, supporting and supporting the individual development of children

You bring

• training for the educator or recognition as a pedagogical specialist in accordance with § 7 KiTaG or comparable qualification
• Professional starters are also welcome
• Sensitive, patient and loving in dealing with toddlers
• Joy to accompany and promote children on their individual development path
• Openness and empathy for children's and their families
• Patience to keep an overview and a clear head in every situation
