Your tasks:

• organization and monitoring of the entire production process the hardness
• Internal transport of hot and cooled parts with forklift truck
• placing workpieces on the feed belt of the furnace
• Control of work results and documentation Production data
• Classification and coordination of employees in 3-shift operation

Your profile:

• experience in metal processing or in a hardening process of Advantages
• leadership experience or experience in a comparable position
• Loadability, teamability and enforcement
• readiness to work under extreme conditions (heat, noise)
• 3 layer of readiness and weekend work
• Good knowledge of German
