Retrieves/Orders at our supplier for RHB’s Acquisition of offers for RHB’s Support in finding alternative suppliers for RHB’s Processing of discrepancies and clarification cases (aeration of differences in stocks and the execution of correction bookings in compliance with the company regulations) Regular inventory checks and stock balances Support for Supply Chain Management in Development and Implementation of Improvement Measures in the SCM continuous monitoring and optimization of stocks based on ranges and residual maturity Creation and maintenance of lists and evaluations (supplier assessments, inventory evaluations etc.) Reporting of rolling sales planning and processing of plan figures for further processing by distribution Support for inventory and clarification of inventory differences Editing lists and master files Representation of production orders

A completed commercial training or a completed study Experience in the above-mentioned fields of activity and ideally in the food industry High own initiative Very good written and oral communication skills in German and English Very good knowledge of SAP ERP and MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) High level of organisational skills and time management Competent and binding occurrence High flexibility and reliability Team skills
