As a Business Unit Automotive & Specialty Lamps, we support our vision and strategy by expanding our leading position in the automotive lighting market in OEM and aftermarket. We take a leading position in the automotive lamp business for traditional and LED applications and offer industry leading products in the LED lighting sector for global OEM customers (e.g. with replaceable LED light sources). With our automotive support and equipment portfolio, we also unlock new growth opportunities in the aftermarket.

Currently, ENI is in an exciting transformation process: As part of a carve-out, the Business Line is transferred as an independent entity to the corporate structure of USHIO Inc. For you as HR Generalist, this means the unique opportunity to actively shape this change - from operational separation to the construction of new HR structures in an independent organization. As HR Generalist (d/m/w), you play a central role in operational and strategic personnel work. Care and advice of employees and managers in all personal questions Recruiting Process Support: Job alerts, Candidate Management, Interviews Participation in personnel development and training Creation of work contracts, certificates and other personal documents Care and management of personnel master files as well as support in preparing pay and salary accounting Working with international HR projects and continuous optimization of HR processes Compensation & Benefits support, in particular:

• Participation in the development and implementation of remuneration strategies and guidelines, implementation of salary benchmarks and market analyses
• Benefit programmes (e.g. occupational retirement, health care, mobility solutions)
• Communication and advice on compensation and additional services to employees and managers

Closed commercial training with further training in the field of staff or a relevant university study (e.g. BWL with a focus on staff) Professional experience in HR, ideally as a generalist Knowledge of labour law and personal business processes Experience in Compensation & Benefits Safe handling of MS Office and ideally experience with HR software High level of communication strength, team capacity and a structured working method English knowledge in word and writing
