Long-term accompaniment: you support and accompany our clients in the longer term; parallel to the educational-therapeutic setting of our housing and support groups. Life and development: Together we create a stimulating, beneficial and resource-oriented living and development space for our residents. Diagnostics and therapy: You create individual diagnostics (focus: performance and personality testing) and work therapeutically in the individual or group framework. Individual treatment: In a varied everyday life, you integrate the treatment of the effects of development delays, trauma failures etc. according to the needs of the clientele. Client-centric relationship design: your special ability: client-centric contact and approach, empirical relationship building and design of psychological promotion. Psychological stabilisation and resource development: In this context, you offer a facing framework that allows young people to stabilise more and more; integrating past, injuring experiences to build and expand a resource-based foundation for further development of personality. Therapeutic Methodology Competence: Knowledge in a wide, individually oriented range of interventions: playsherapeutic approaches, diagnostic procedures, cognitive behavioral therapy, biography work, professional coaching for employees etc. Technical advice and case management: You accompany the pedagogical specialist teams in the context of case consultation. Technical direction: You take over the management of our medical-pedagogical-therapeutic service. Crisis intervention and readiness: You take on, in addition to the management team, willingness to call for employees.

Qualification: Fach-/Hochschulbildung in Psychologie, Kinder- und Jugendpsychotherapie or comparable Experiences: in the (stationary) youth assistance, in dealing with mental disorders as well as trauma episodes and in the leadership of a team Competences: in diagnostics and specialist consulting, therapeutic qualification Working method: structured and independent desirable: pronounced reflectivity and interdisciplinary cooperation competence Detection of existing masonry protection (titer proof), an extended guidance certificate upon recruitment, as well as the instruction according to §43 IfSG Regardless of your denomination, you will identify yourself with the Diaconian order and will be happy to help.
