IT Business Partner (m/f/d)

Within our group of companies, you are the first contact person for all IT topics in defined specialist departments according to the principle #onefacetothecustomer. Take care of all relevant stakeholders and act cross-functionally across our various business locations. In your role, you build sustainable, trusted relationships with all process participants and at all times maintain close and targeted cooperation between the supervised departments and the IT organization to initiate change projects and optimally provide existing solutions. You analyse new technologies, IT trends and best practices and advise proactively on their applications. You continuously evaluate how existing applications and systems can be optimized. Through your work with different stakeholders, both from top management and specialist areas, ensure smooth exchange and targeted cooperation. You take responsibility for the entire project life cycle – from request to successful acceptance of the solution and in some cases you will also take over the management of IT (partial) projects.

Complete studies in computer science, business informatics, engineering sciences or a comparable qualification with technical background. You have at least 2-3 years of professional experience in a comparable position (e.g. as a business partner, IT project manager:in or key account manager:in with IT focus) and bring experience in project processing and in dealing with customers or users. Deep, holistic understanding of IT processes with particular attention to end-user satisfaction and the necessary tool and method skills to analyze data and processes and derive potentials for improvement and solutions. A team player with “Hands-on” mentality who likes to work in an interdisciplinary environment and strives for continuous improvement. In the context of different stakeholders, top management and diverse areas of expertise in cross-functional organisations, you act safely and do not have any bareness to say “no” and to present clear, strategic decisions to the customer. Readiness to travel and oral and written communication in both German and English.
